Very happy with my tire installation here. Most tire shops shy away from servicing any Tesla but not TireMax. They did an EXCELLENT job and had everything needed to install new Goodyears on my Model Y. Jim was also great at explaining the origins of the company and their focus on quality, cleanliness and serving the customer. I have never been to a tire shop so clean and with a waiting room so comfortable and equipped if you need to get work done or have young kids with you via the playroom. Looking forward to my return!
If you are looking for work done to your car, head to TireMax! I was pleasantly surprised with this place. It was close to work so I gave it a shot. Clean and new facility, great staff, and fair and honest pricing. The mechanics I spoke with was knowledgeable, articulate, and respectful and the management is upfront, helpful, and on your side! They call, text, or email whatever you need! Completely satisfied and they have earned my business.

Tire max Kent Ohio is a a horrible establishment. Took my car there 3 times for the same issue and it still isn't fixed. Over priced, and honestly I don't believe they have a clue what they are doing. They are not professionals. Wouldn't refer anyone to this place
Service at this location was fantastic. I popped my tire on Christmas Day 2020 and scheduled an appointment online for the 26th. On Christmas evening I was emailed back saying they were closed for the weekend but they would see me first thing Monday morning. The fact that someone emailed me back on Christmas evening speaks volumes!! Quick service w/ 4 new tires and my Jeep rides so smooth. Thanks TireMax Kent!
